Looks like my stayin up late nights for projects have taken it's toll on me... slpt at 5+am yesterday tring to install the fucking MS visio and my comp lagged till i nearly slpt at the comp table itself.. one window will take about 5mins to load.. like.. wtf..... so.. in the end.. gave up on installing it.. wad a waste of time.. my OB presentation wad almost done.....

so.. cuz of lack of slp for 3 days(30mins the day before, 3.5hrs the day before tht).. i woke up at 5pm.. when i have SAND at 9am and OB presentation at 11am.. fuck..

30% for OB gone.. very unfair.. considering i did my part for the group.. only wasnt there to complete the war with them when i missed the final presentation.. damn disappointed with myself.. sorry guys.. i let u all down.. but.. at least u all got ur marks.. 20.5/30 i heard.. gd for yall.

Havent been bloggin regularly.. this week has been a mad rush for projects.. OB project should be completed by tml.. SAND deadline's tml too.. rushing the research now.. fuct... i'm doing Eavesdropping.. it's damn tough..

My baby got me a $120+ Braun Buffel leather wallet for Valentine's Day... i feel bad.. didn't get her much.. a rose.. and dinner at crystal jade.. tht's it, man...

oh... i went Hougang polyclinic to get a check up today.. had chest pain.. so.. the doc gave me a X-ray scan.. everything seems alrite.. but... still pain.. haizz

Omg.. just came back from rugby trng with the TP rugby team.. yea.. cool.. got lotsa scratches and bruises.. some quite obvious.. enough said.. the TP rugby team's like in a stone age compared to the SJI team of my year.. madness.. their match is like on friday and some dont even know the rules.. fuct.. if only i'm better.. and bigger.. i'd be a star player.. if only andrew young's faster.. he'd be a star player too.. haha

My whole body's sore now.. even when i breathe... anyway.. out of point.... i cant show my weak ness here... i'm strong...... lol..

Before training today, i went to catch a movie with my baby... Constantine.. cool shit.. the effects and plot aka storyline was good.. i think it's true.... no la.. it just may be true.. After the movie, we walked aimlessly for awhile and i decided we should have our 'dinner' at pasta mania... it was ok.. could have been better if i wasnt so full.. with the popcorn frm the show.. haha.. 'dinner' cuz we at like 5-6pm.. damn early... surprisingly i'm still not hungry... yet... haha.. havent eaten my real dinner yet.. omg..... lol..

Tml's a busy day.. morning to afternoon will be visiting my Dad's eldest sis.. she's got open house tml.. so.. yea.. i think.. it'll be quite packed.. good.. lotsa Red packs.. haha.. and hopefully some card games.. yearning for some'ma tht.. then.. at night.. suppose to stay over at guoyi's house to watch soccer and get ready for sunday morning's 7 vs 7 match with his frens.. it's cool..

Monday's coming.......................... looking forward to tht.. but dun know wad to get.. but most importantly.. i wanna spend my time with my gal before the mad rush for projects and deadlines.. k.. gtg.. ciao..

Friday.. missed marketing lecture... when i reached.. i voted for Ron.. and due to the overwhelming response.. Ron won the the best guy in the Business School TP Pagent.. cool shit.. BIT Oei!!!.. haha.. oh.. saw jacklyn too our team leader for the waiter job at the Australian High Commission.. yea.. but didnt say hi.. haha.. wasnt sure it was her.. so.. cannot get paiseh.. =) but.. around 90% sure..

Didnt go OB lecture.. made Willy and Sharon miss it too.. thanks guys.. ya.. had to print and submit my Travel & Tour Planning(CDS) project by 5pm tht day.. so it was kinda rush.. yea.. Point to take note of next time... it's tough to find a colour printer in school.. one that actually works & doesnt have errors.. man.. vigorous..

After school.. my time was spent with my baby.. as it was her 22nd Birthday.. we walked around orchard.. window shopping most of the time.. haha.. then.. dinner was at Swensens.. nice.. haven eaten there for a long long time.. and my first time at the Swensens opposite Taka.. i had chilli fish pasta.. she had breaded chicken cutlet.. or something like tht.. haha.. then.. for the dessert.. we had the regular Earthquake.. madness.. haha.. 16bucks.. but it was nice... ate till we were too full.. lol.. felt like sleeping.. then.. we walked to heeren window shopped some more.. and went home..

then.. after sending her home.. went over to andrew's house to stay over.. guoyi was there too.. haha.. man.. andrew's comp is damn gd.. 3gHz.. 1GB RAM.. haha.. he had the Lord of the Rings game.. graphics was superb.... and andrew's dad is cool too.. he plays tht game too.. haha.. so.. stayed over for one nite.. then played soccer on sat evening.. then went home..
On the way home.. andrews dad gave Gouyi and i a lift to Chua Chu Kang MRT.. then.. from there.. Guoyi's dad gave me a lift to Clementi MRT.. in one of his 3 cars... tht day.. he was driving the BMW 6 series 645Ci Coupe.. omg.... it was like... woah......... beautiful car.. so now.. my list of dream cars are as follows..

bloody ki siao..... so his dad stopped at the bustop.... it was a show stopper... everyone turned and checked it out man.. lol.. on the roads too.. fuckin cool.. then the car has an onboard computer system tht can hold a GPRS tracking system.. but guoyi's dad didnt see a need for tht.. yea.. cool shit.. even though i was stuck and squished at the back of the 645... oh.. if u kinda think this model is familiar.. and u dunno where u've heard it before.. yea.. it is... i was working at the private BMW function.. AC... if u remember?? lol.. as the waiter... breathless tht's wad it is.. breathtaking.... haha..

Got an A for Marketing miraculously.. not studying for the test and all.. cool shit.. tht wad it was.. haha

Oh... went rugby training.. it was cool.. had physical training 1st.. farkin tiring.. madness.. eh.. i trained with the Backs for the first time.. thanks to andrew for claiming tht.. ' he is fast' to the coach.... lol.. thanks man.. eh.. 700plus degree eyesight isnt very good for playing rugby.. was left blind.. only could see the ball flying to me last min.. so.. yea.. as expected.. dropped lotsa balls.. hope the team didnt think i was lousy or something.. fuct..

Passed SAND miraculously.. not studying for the test and all.. cool shit.. tht wad it was.. haha.. got 27/50.. Section A was over 15 and i left it blank.. so yea.. 6.5/10 for the next section and 20.5/25 for the last section.. tyco....................... seriously tot i'd fail.. like.. 10-15marks?? yea..

Oh... my mom just gave me 150bucks to buy my clothes.. cool.. actually.. i dun think i really need it.. but yea.. cool..

Note: In my previuos post i stated tht i was "ashamed" is cuz i chose BIT as my 2nd choice.. and i should have without a doubt put BIT as my 1st choice. yea.. just in case there are misunderstandings.. ciao ppl..

1st February 2005..... "a day tht will live in infamy".. a day tht i will remember for all my life.. after wad i experienced today..... i'm ashamed of myself... ashamed because i chose BIT (Business IT), my present course in TP, as the 2nd choice..... not the 1st... utterly ashamed..

Ok.. the events tht unfolded today.. The Biz Shield Street Soccer Tournament was the setting of everything...... BIT sent in maybe 5 to 7 teams.. so.. basically.. one side of the Street soccer court was BIT's home ground.. my team.. Willy, James, Gary & Bernard(sorry if i spell ur name wrong man) & i.. Gary and Bern were last min inclusions into the team cuz Yiquan aka AC and Alan could not make it due to personal reasons..

Ron's Match: The beginning of everything.....

First match of the day set the temperatures running high.. the match was 2too fast 2too furious.. hard-tackling.. rough challenges.. Ron Wee's BIT team played against a yr1 LAW or Engineering team.. Ron was hot.. everyone was hot.. the opposing team had a superstar.. unfortunately, he shone too brightly.. not even Ron's hard tackling could dim the light of that star.. Ron's team eventually conceded defeat to the opposing team.. but not without handing out 2 casualties to the rival team.. both dealt by Ron.. one had to be relegated to being a goalkeeper and the other was lucky he didnt have to go to a hospital in an ambulance with a broken ankle.. Ron's team lost by 2-1, but they could have won as 2 penalties were wasted..

My team's match: BIT's game, Our Story...

The next match was my team's.. Team 2B.. we had to play against Team 2A.. Before the match even started the short guy in 2A confronted Willy and the referee as he was complaining Willy could not play again as he already appeared in Ron's team as Goalkeeper.. but we insisted tht HTM, the course tht organised this event, did not set any rules and didn't state tht one player cannot play for 2 teams.. and we claimed tht willy registered for us first and then played for ron's team as ron's team didnt have enough ppl.. so in the end, the referee had no choice but to explain to tht shorty tht Willy registered for us so he is able to play.

That incident got my temp up a few notches, so during the match, all of us we playing hard tackling soccer, rough play and so on.. so at the corner near my Goal.. My first Face-off of the day occurred, as i was shielding the ball.. the shorty was continuously kicking my legs, not the ball.. so i got pissed and i squared-off with him.. 'You Better Watch Out!!' & 'Wad's Ur Problem?!' was wad i remembered saying.. alot of ppl came to intervene.. James held me back to the wall as i tried to reach him.. but my temperature went down a degree or two so it was back to the good'ol game'a soccer..

After tht, the BIT teams and supporters outside the court were all hot too.. they banged the plastic sides of the court vigorously.. man.. i tell u.. the atmosphere was wild.. my game style didnt change.. tackles flyin in from all angles.. soon after the Brawl, i took a long shot just outside my penalty area and the ball just went flying into the top right hand corner of the opponents' goal on the other side of the court.. man.. i was like.. "TAKE THAT!!" and i remembered turning around in a 'How Lian' way and had the same look on my face.. i couldnt help it.. it was all in the moment.. the feeling was oh-so-great.. the support of all the BIT teams, their cheers, the banging of the wall.. man.... indescribable.... but after that a weird incident happened as the ball ricocheted of the side wall then the back wall and hit Willy's back and rolled across the goal line and out.. but the referee ruled it as in.. like wtf.. i shouted at the ref but nothing changed.. so.. wtf.. HTM cant organise sports events for nuts....

The Half-time whistle seemed all too fast as both teams switched sides and decided to cancel the 2minute break time and play on.. keep the tempo of both teams going.. So no change in the play of both teams.. but obviously our team had more chances and were the better team.. we had one goal disallowed as the referee had judged james as kicking the ball when it was inside the Semi-circle.. Shorty after tht.. tht's when the main event of the day happened.. at the opponent's goal corner as the ball was quite a distance away, i hooked the No.18's leg from behind.. then i walked away.. acted like nothing happened.. then near the middle of the court he kicked me from behind.. and it was quite obvious to everyone.. so.... i had no choice but to face-off with him too.. so we shouted at each other, grab jerseys.. then one of his frens stood between us trying to separate us, suddenly, since No.18 guy was quite tall, he reached over and punched me on my left temple(the soft part at the side of ur forehead) with a swing of his right hand.. my specs flew a metre away.. and i was stunned for a split second.. it wasnt pain at tht moment.. just.. stunned.. cuz i'd nvr expect it to turn tht physical.. so as a soccer player.. i realised to make the offending player receive a harsh punishment, i'd have to do some acting myself.. so i collapsed to the ground and covered my head with both arms..

The next thing i knew.. i heard lotsa shouting and sounds of ppl running over.. so.. ppl running over meant lotsa footsteps, which also means danger for my specs with it lying somewhere on the ground, so i got up found my specs.... missed all the action.. saw only the No.18 guy at the corner.. looking a little terrified.. and his shorty fren trying to shield him from anymore ppl.. i just walked up to him and stared at him.. after tht.. the Referee abandoned the match and wanted to disqualify both teams.. but wad Gary ask the referee made him change his mind.. "If i punch u, U go to jail??".. so.. meaning it was unfair for our team to be knocked out.. and anyway.. we were also leading as.. during the start of da whole commotion, bernard scored for our team.. and i missed that goal too.. So.. the ref allowed us to proceed on to the next match and disqualified the other team..

Wad i didnt see was FootBrawl to it's max.. i regret collapsing.. damn it.. could have stayed standing and watched the show.. from wad i heard.. Dino was the first to jump into the court and kick and punch the No.18 Dino sustained a hit on his face too.. mostlikely due to accidental friendly-fire from our own ppl.. Gerald was the 2nd one on.. Ahmad next with flying kicks.. Khairul with punches too(didnt think he'd do tht.. really shocking.. haha..).. then who can forget Ayam...those that also got a piece of the action were.. Kevin Chai(present classmate), Gary(teammate), Ron.. there were lots more.. if ur name isnt up here.. u are also thanked for ur efforts.. nearly all of the BIT ppl there came in.. Heard the No.18 got whacked from the center of the court to the corner.. and his face from fierce looking to one of sheer terror.. haha.. maybe he even pissed in his pants.. who knows.. oh.. and the Shorty guy's attitude also change as he tried to protect his fren.. "Please dont fight anymore..." pleaded the shorty in a pitiful tone.. haha..

In our next match, we had to face the Superstar's team.. at the end of the first half it was 1-0.. they led.. the match was not as hot tempered as Ron's match and my previous match as Ron claimed they were scared of our 'Homeground' advantage.. haha.. the match was fast.. but not furious.. we lost the game 3-0.. but the last goal was spectacular.. the Superstar guy did a Rainbow when he was cornered by 3 ppl including me.. the ball went over his head(tht should have been a foul.. no balls above shoulder height.. inconsistent refereeing.. crappy HTM).. so the ball went over the 3 of us.. then he still had posession of the ball, evaded James and he took a shot even when Gary gave him a push.. like.. wtf.. madness.... even ahmad hailed him.... God of soccer.....

Conclusion.. alrite.. i would say the fighting and all was wild and all... but most importantly, it's the spirit of BIT and the willingness to help a fren in need.... I'm truely touched by all of u all today.. 'Touched'.. the only word tht can describe how i feel....
Take for example Dino, he's from st. patrick's school.. and he hates SJI to the core and he know's i'm frm there, but when a situation like this arises everything is put to one side and u fight for wad's rite.. Edwin also told me on the bus back home.. he also went in, at tht time his mind was thinking.. not whether it was rite or wrong.. he told me.. he just tot tht it was 'good and he should do it..' and.. i kinda got wad he meant.. when u see ur fren in trouble, u wanna do everything in ur power to try to help.. sometimes not thinking whether it's rite or wrong.. sometimes not thinking of the consequences...... THANKS GUYS, THANKS BIT for everything u have done.. I'm proud to be a part of BIT.. Hail BIT......
